program, which encompassed 1,200 projects valued at $2.5B and oversight for the individual health and safety of
4000 crew members. Exceeded 1M man-hours with no lost time injuries.
Advanced to COE HQ in 2006 to support Program Director in directing program operations, develop and conduct
safety surveys/evaluations, evaluate and monitor ongoing construction contracts, and keep senior staff apprised of
S&OH performance from a top-down view. Investigated and analyzed accidents, compiled data, prepared reports,
and served as S&OH liaison in answering technical safety questions from personnel and contractors.

Southern New Mexico Area Office. Named Safety Specialist in 1992, effectively reversing the rising numbers of

significantly hazardous conditions associated with large drilling equipment and blasting operations.
