Human Resources and Payroll responsibility for approximately 160 employees

over 3 states, including HRIS (Paychex) administration, implementing and

forcing HR & Payroll policies and procedures. Full accounting

responsibility of 2 stores in Colorado, including recording of store checks

into Quickbooks, reporting, entering bills, etc.

Morgan Thermal Ceramics, HR Generalist (07/2010 - 08/2012)

Strong emphasis on benefits and employee relations for a union

manufacturing facility. Generalist responsibility for the Augusta site and

four other US sites, totaling approximately 620 hourly and salary

employees. Strategic role in outsourcing and RIFs.
