Retrieve cartons of documents from storage. Prepare said documents for the scanning process, coordinate
and receive documents from assigned Government counterpart. Sort separate documents and scan then
using various automatic and manual scanning devices to create electronic files (PDF, TXT, XML, JPAS,
DCII, JCAV, etc.) for dissemination via email or CD/DVD as a finished product. Prior to final file
submission to customer, perform image improvement searches and relevancy checks to assure quality
control of images scanned. Perform archival and asset retrieval duties. Attend internal organizational
training to maintain proficiency with company policies and procedures. Recognized subject matter expert
often called upon by management to train co-workers and new hirers on document scan, document scan
QC, indexing, and index QC. Ensure all prescribed procedures for processing information are in
compliance with prescribed procedures and policies for document handling and security. Provide the
contractor program manager a monthly metric report by maintaining records of scanned, reviewed, and
