Over fourteen years' experience leading and developing technical, medical

and leadership training initiatives using appropriate instructional design

strategies and performance analyses, partnering with subject matter experts

development models. Ph.D. in Instructional Design, Development, and

Evaluation from Syracuse University and M.A. in Instructional Technology

from San Jose State University.

repository for repurposing video as an educational/instructional

medium, located an appropriate federal funding ($600,000) source, and
