Responsible for all office duties such as answering phone calls and taking messages, responding

to emails, and invoicing merchandise deliveries and pick-ups using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

Other duties included billing and payments, along with resolving any and all questions or concerns

the customer may have with my best ability. Also maintained and organized a file cabinet

consisting of company checks, bills, and invoices. Lastly, to ensure company work standards,

made myself available to help truck drivers arrive to their pick-ups or deliveries when needed.
