responsibilities into other areas.
As process engineer, I established all molding parameters to enable
efficient production of quality parts and worked with Industrial Engineers
to optimize material flow and handling. I ensured proper installation and
operation of new or replacement equipment within the injection molding
department. I reviewed all new equipment to insure compliance with plant
safety standards. I sampled new or replacement tooling as it was received
within the plant and monitored to ensure proper processing of tools and
equipment within the molding department. I instructed operators where
necessary on the use of new equipment and tooling, and assisted with
problem solutions when encountered. I worked on many other projects and
would be happy to discuss in more detail.
