> Busboy (2006-June 2008):
I would help open the restaurant in the mornings by cleaning the counters,
washing dishes, organizing drinks, cleaning menus, cleaning floors and
toilets, making coffee and tea. During the day I would seat customers,
clean tables and serve drinks during lunch hour, which consisted of
approximately 100-150 customers per 3 hours.
> Waiter (June 2008-2010):
I was in charge of serving each of my clients and making sure their drinks
were served, food was properly prepared, running food and treating each
customer with excellent service. I was also in charge of keeping my area
clean and organized throughout my shift and also helping my fellow co-
workers with any of their customers. Also, during major catering events I
would be in charge of setting up and serving the food in a professional
manner.

> Sandwich Artist:
I would serve the customers and make their sub sandwich according to their
request and satisfaction. Also while not serving the customers I would do
other various tasks to prepare the needs for the next shift like prepping
the vegetables, and breads. I would also clean the shop at closing time for
example; do the wash, clean all the utensils, clean the microwave, clean
the toaster, also the bread cabinets, and sweep and mop the floor. Also
during closing I would refill the drink fridge and take the rubbish out to
the bins.
> Shift Leader:
As the Shift Leader I would be in charge of the decisions being made during
the hours I was working with my co-workers. During closing times as the
Shift Leader I would do the counting of the daily sales for that day. I
would also make sure everything was turned off and when everything was
switched off I would close the shop.

I would serve the customers their drinks and food when they were ready.
Also would check up on the toilets every hour to make sure they were clean.
Once the customers have left their table, I would clean the tables and
prepare it for the next customers who had bookings. For closing times I
would do the procedures needed to leave everything in order for opening
hours the next day.
