As a Senior Mechanical Engineer my responsibilities were to provide
Technical Support, Advise and provide any means of assistance to make
sure the assigned project of my subordinates are on time.

Vendors and other groups requiring Mechanical engineering expertise's
during Prototype to Mass Production stage.
. Initiates Mechanical Design for New customized products with the aid

. Initiates tolerance analysis (Stack up analysis), Form fit and
functions (component and Assembly).
. Generates Billing of Materials, BOM, ECN, ECO (Mechanical and other
related parts).
. Technical Costing Evaluation on Mechanical parts e.g. Sheet
metal/Plastic casing, Metal parts, and Cabling requirements.
. Generates drawing specifications (2D, ISO format) for all parts and
assembly for fabrication purposes (Documentation)
. Mechanical testing is initiated Actual Parts Evaluation, First Article
inspection.
The Mechanical Engineer also coordinates with different internal group to
