The Biosolids Processing Facility processes organic sludge from neighboring wastewater plants into fertilizer.
Lee County, Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) Expansion and Single Stream Conversion. Electrical Designer. Ms. Westhoff performed electrical engineering and CAD design; her tasks included: preparation of one line diagrams, power and lighting plans, load calculation, details and panel schedules. This project included performance specifications and contracts for process equipment modifications, and engineering/design/construction administration for the construction of an expanded tipping floor, new access roadways, new bale storage and expanded maintenance bays.
NAVFAC - Jogging Track - Electrical Designer. Ms. Westhoff gave support to the Senior Electrical Engineer; her tasks included: preparation of one line diagrams, site plans lighting, load calculation, details and panel schedules. This project included the professional engineering design services for the design, construction specifications, and permitting for complete fence upgrades with automatic gates with card readers, investigation of traffic patterns, expansion of the current parking lot, exterior lighting, removal of vegetation, and addition of perimeter rubber jogging track.
NAVFAC - Package Store Renovation - Electrical Designer. Ms. Westhoff's tasks included: preparation of one line diagrams, power and lighting plans, load calculation, lighting distribution design, details, panel schedules, and preparation of specifications. The proposed project was a renovation/addition of an existing Package Store at Corry Station, Pensacola, Florida. Architectural & engineering services included final construction documents, specifications, cost estimate, survey and geotechnical testing.
SR 25/US 27 Okeechobee Road Depressed Roadway Design-Build, FL. Electrical Designer. Ms. Westhoff performed electrical engineering and CAD design under the supervision of the Senior Electrical Engineer; tasks included: preparation of one line diagrams, site plans, load calculation, details, panel schedules, and preparation of specifications.
Tampa Riverwalk, Phase II Services, Tampa, FL. Electrical Designer. Ms Westhoff gave support to the Senior Electrical Engineer and her tasks included: design of one line diagrams, voltage drop calculations, site lighting distribution, panel schedules, details, and specifications. The project included the developing of a master plan and schematic design for the Tampa Riverwalk, a 2.2 mile pedestrian walkway along the Hillsborough River and Garrison Channel in Tampa.
USACE - Facilities Renovation, El Salvador - Electrical Designer. Ms. Westhoff performed electrical engineering and CAD design to support the Senior Electrical Engineer for the project. Ms. Westhoff's tasks included: preparation of one line diagrams, site, power and lighting plans, load calculations, details, panel schedules, and preparation of specifications. The project included professional engineering design services for the renovation, repair, demolition and construction of different facilities in El Salvador as provided by the US Army Corp of Engineers.
USACE - OPS Center and Warehouse Renovation. El Bluff, Nicaragua - Electrical Designer. Ms. Westhoff performed electrical engineering and CAD design to support the Senior Electrical Engineer for the project. Her tasks included: preparation of one line diagrams, site plans, power and lighting plans, load calculation, details, panel schedules, and preparation of specifications. The project included providing professional services in the design of the new Barracks/Operations Center. The work included civil, electrical, utility and site infrastructure design.
USACE - Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras - Electrical Designer. Ms. Westhoff performed electrical engineering and CAD design to support the Senior Electrical Engineer for the project. Her tasks included: preparation of one line diagrams, site, power and lighting plans, load calculation, details, panel schedules, and preparation of specifications. The project included professional services in the full design anti-terrorism/force protection project for the installation of a back-up generator at the main gate of Soto Cano Air Base.
USACE - Building & Site Renovations, Final Design, Marine Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU). Electrical Designer. Ms. Westhoff's tasks included: preparation of site, power and lighting plans, load calculations, and preparation of specifications. The project included building and site renovations, and final design for renovations to Buildings #3 and #7.
Water Treatment Plant, Laredo, TX. Ms. Westhoff provided lighting design and CAD support to the project. This project consisted of design services for a new 20 MGD surface water treatment plant for the City of Laredo, Texas. The new treatment plant was designed to allow the City to increase its treatment capacity to 120 MGD over the next 20 years, effectively replacing the existing 50 year old treatment plant. The new plant treats water from the Rio Grande River.
