Caprock Oil Tools, Machinist - January 2013 - March 2013
Set up and operate Mazak Quickturn 35 lathe to manufacture drill bits from
7 7/8" to 11" in diameter. Set up and operated cylindrical grinders to
grind bits to gauge size. Set up and operated manual lathe to turn welds on
newly manufactured bits. Tapped new bits and installed nozzles in bits to
be shipped to various locations.

Manage a high volume of catastrophe and daily claims for multiple clients.
Assist in the preparation of litigation and alternative resolution
proceedings. Skilled in recorded statements, witness interviews, background
checks, and fraud investigation.
Vidor Police Department, Patrol Officer/Patrol Sergeant - February 1994 -
September 2007
Answered police calls for service, enforced Texas criminal law and traffic
law. Investigated numerous cases from initial call for service until
completion. Traffic accidents ranging from minor accidents to multiple
fatality, major accidents. Assisted prosecutors in case preparation and
testified in courts of various jurisdictions, from municipal to district
court. Supervised 1 to 4 officers, including training, scheduling, daily
supervision, discipline, and approval of all pertinent reports and their
submission..
Sabine Neches Task Force, Narcotics Investigator - August 1991 - February
1994
Investigated drug trafficking and possession in Orange County, Texas. Was
undercover investigator in over 200 cases, including major cases supervised
by the FBI and USDA. Prepared cases for filing in State and Federal courts.
Maintained care, custody and control of evidence in each case. Responsible
for identification of all suspects and prepared lineups to allow for other
officer's identification of suspects. Proofread offense reports for 3 other
officers. Wrote probable cause affidavits. Wrote and executed search
warrants. Participated in highway interdiction. Trained new officers in all
aspects of narcotics investigation.
