o Oversaw Management walks and acceptance.

o 216 Unit Townhome Rental Community with 2 SFD.

o Assisted in Land Development Activities

Conducted both at various times due to arson fire and re-build of 8

Apartment Community.

o The second project with NHBC consisted of a 214 Unit Garden Apartment
Community with the same responsibilities.
