Plant Planner/ Scheduler

Managed inventory of raw material paper liner and medium, reduced inventory from 1600

rolls to 900 rolls as major cost savings to plant. Saw to plant manufacturing of customer

orders from sales service to shipping at a very high percentage of on time delivery. Reduced

side trim to under 3%. Waste champion reduced total plant waste over 7%. Used HRMS,

Corrtrim and Kiwi as well as internal software, CBOPS for ordering and inventory of all

rollstock. In charge of purchasing between six and seven million dollars of paper per year.

Shipping Supervisor 1999 2000

Maximized trailer capacity, managed five full time drivers, kept track of fifty trailers, customs

paper work for all Canadian deliveries, accurate bills of lading on all deliveries.

Converting Supervisor 1977 1999

Managed zero lost time accidents in safety, reduced quality defects to meet plant monthly

goals, top production standards and improvements in entire plant. Trained all converting

department team members in proper set up techniques. Quality Improvement Process

facilitator, Converting Department Technical Trainer and Plant SOP champion. Purchased all

ink and machine parts for production use.
