material types used in medical devices, photonics, tissue engineering,

environmental devices.
. Proficient in surface characterization techniques such as SEM and
Stylus profilometry.
. Good knowledge about AFM, XPS, XRD, SIMS and RAMAN Spectroscopy.

Projects & Roles Undertaken
1. Nanotubular Formation from Titanium and Sputter Deposited Titanium Thin
Films
Have performed a M. Sc research project at NIBEC (NANOTECHNOLOGY AND
INTEGRATED BIOENGINEERING CENTRE, University of Ulster) which is focused on
creating nano tubes on polished Titanium and sputtered titanium substrates.
Surface characterisation has done using SEM and RAMAN Spectroscopy.
2. Wireless Monitoring System
Have successfully developed a working model of wireless monitoring device
which can monitor heartbeat and temperature as a part of Engineering
project. The project was executed at DOEACC (NIT, Calicut, India) for a
period of three months.
