Talent Tree
* Hired to launch a Professional Services Division at Talent Tree from the
remnants of 16 clerical branches that were experiencing a 48% decline in
sales over the 6 month period previous to my joining the firm, and had a
negative 8% ROS (Return on Sales) and an Annual EBITA (Earnings Before
Interest, Taxes, and Amortization) loss of $1.3M.
> In an 11 month period, achieved a 61.9% increase in Gross margin,
increased the Gross Margin % from 18.7% to 28.72%, decreased SGA by
23% and had a 6.8% ROS with an Annual EBITA run rate of $1.2M.
> Bottom-line effected a $2.5M swing in EBITA by eliminated $1.2M in SGA
and increasing GM$ by $1.3M.
Ajilon
* Developed Southeast Region from 2 business units in 1994 to 24 units by
2007.
* Integrated Olsten Branches into Southeast Region, which resulted in
increased profits of $5M and retention of the entire staff.
