Employment History, As Contractor:
• August 2012-January 2013, Hauni Richmond Inc., Mechanical Designer-Drafter. Provided new
product design and detailing support for an international company that develops and builds high speed
articulating machinery for the manufacturing of cigarettes. The system requires high speed
manufacturing (60K/hr.) with integrated moving parts and assemblies and I helped developed layouts
per engineering.
• Nov 2011-Dec 2011, Sierra Nevada Corp, Space Systems Division- Mechanical Designer-Drafter.
Provided product design and detailing support for a NASA space station docking project. Helped
develop articulating mechanisms necessary for docking of shuttle to space station.
• Oct 2010 -May 2011, Duke University- Duke Imaging and Spectroscopy Program- Mechanical
Designer. Provided project support as the mechanical design consultant for a large camera program. This
included developing testing support equipment and prototype product designs.
