Research and Development Chef - Responsible for creating and

developing new retail frozen food products for companies such as

Jenny Craig, Safeway, Target and Fresh & Easy. I have also

developed meals for the Airline industry such as American Airlines,

Northwest, and British Airlways. My job duties include working with

food nutritionist to meat the nutritional requirements for each

project as well as with the procurement department to obtain

ingredients necessary for the flavor profiles that the customer
