OBJECTIVE

Your organization may need someone with my abilities. For over thirty years I have been involved in sales and management with the steel industry. I am sales oriented and possess a strong commitment to customer service. I am able to work independently and have excellent communication and problem solving skills. As a salesman, I have booked orders throughout the Nation and Internationally.

I have developed the skills to effectively process customer orders from entry through delivery. Another skill I have developed is the ability to resolve customer issues by clarifying customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. The scopes of my responsibilities have included maximizing profit and minimizing cost through the ordering and expediting of material within inventory control systems.

The development of my management skills began at Oakland University, where I was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. In my previous employment I have assisted in the daily administration and operation at the office. In the absence of my supervisor I managed district offices.
