Assist attorneys and paralegals with legal projects and follow

directions accordingly. Retrieve and deliver files, documents and

boxes upon request.

Access and edit the firm's record keeping database including auditing

and updating new cases. Update firm records, filing, labeling,

indexing, shelving and other clerical duties.

Set up conference rooms for meetings and depositions.

Process all outgoing mail using Pitney Bowes and Neo-Post mail

machines.

Deliver mail and postal packages to all employees.

Oversee workflow of all copy jobs in the production center.
