Project Safety Start-Up and Leadership: I have enjoyed the experience of kicking off the safety program on grass

roots projects. It is a challenge to put the project on the proper path and view the results as work proceeds. I enjoy

interacting with the workers and have had great response to my interest in their work.

Track Record: I have enjoyed a successful and winning safety career. Success in the safety field is all about a positive

attitude and how it is represented in the workplace. Promotion of attitude along with morale is highlighted in all my

safety endeavors.

Experience: I have had a long construction journey, 35+ years. I stepped up the pace in 2002 and began my safety career.

This safety career consists of grass root projects as well as outages and shutdowns. I have performed the full spectrum of

safety responsibilities from project start-up to project completion.

Education: The successful completion of NCCER 100 hr. Construction Site Safety Technician; Completion of Scaffold

Competent Training; 40 hour Hazwoper; Brown & Root: Rigging 1 ( ICMC – 210 – ML )& OSHA Construction Safety

( ICXC – 301- -ML ); Process Safety Management; First Aid/CPR, High School Graduate.

• 3 month outage at 3M in Decatur, Al.: Manpower- 70, Recordables- 0

• Project start-up through completion, Exxon/Mobil AES in Pensacola, Fl.: Manpower 100, Recordables- 0

• Project safety program recovery at Chevron Refinery in Pascagoula, Ms.: Manpower 80, Recordables- 0

• Project start-up through completion, Southern Company Oleander Plant: Manpower 60, Recordables- 1
