and helping to achieve the milestones in various running oil & gas projects, scheduling, man hours
estimation, and programming with reporting the accomplishments to Process Director, and Engineering

Qeshm Oil Production Unit Project (EPC Project):

• Performing Simulation of Whole Plant with PROMAX and Sizing Most of the equipment including
Absorber and Regenerator towers, Amine Storage Tanks during FEED phase, the accomplishment was
fully endorsed by APS Engineering Company Roma during FEED endorsement.
• Supervision on APS Co. process activities during detail design and attend progress meetings with client
and VENDORS to close process activities and get to construction.
Nowrooz Offshore Well Head Platform Project (FEED):
• Highly involved for Master Document List (MDL) preparation, scheduling and man power estimation,
and producing core philosophies including Process Design Criteria, Isolation/Venting/ Depressurization
/ Drainage Philosophies to get main client approval to start the next phase of project.
This purpose of this project is to do FEED for new wellhead and production platform and one subsea
pipeline, as a new extension on Shell previous project in Nowrooz Offshore. Before starting the job
shell engineering documents on Nowrooz platform completely reviewed to report questions and
inconsistencies.

In Kharg Island NGL Plant EPC Project (Mega Project), I was responsible for leading and coordinating
process engineering activities for AGR & DMR Unit, LPG Storage & Loading Facilities, and Sea Water Intake
Unit, the responsibilities reported to Process Manager and Engineering Manager. And also assisting for
team technical proposal preparation as another activity.
Attend weekly progress meetings with other members of the Development team and ensure that process
problems and requirements that need input from other disciplines and departments are fully explained
and expedited.
Acid Gas Removal (AGR) & Dehydration and Mercaptan Removal (DMR) Unit project:
• Responsible for full Process coordination (e.g.: PID/3D model review/technical meetings and etc.)
during basic design package preparation by licensor (Shell Co.) as conceptual study phase, and basic
and detailed design activities by APS Co.
• Review for approval: QRA studies, PFD & PID, process datasheets, ESD Cause & Effect, thermal design,
relief load, and all other process calculations/deliverables
• Involved in developing/generation of: Gas Sweetening Design Guide, Tender Package preparation for
SWT Unit (including performing Process Simulation, PFD & PID generation, Process Datasheets
preparation), Air & Nitrogen generation package duty spec development, and Air Cooler sizing
• Fully involved in checking NGL extraction and fractionation simulation by TDE Co. as sub contractor
LPG Storage/Loading facilities/Sea water intake Unit Project:
• Attended HAZARD identification meetings for LPG storage, BOG system, loading facilities/
