I have 15+ managers I do billing for. I bill over 1 million per month. I do billing for Boeing, Costco, Arco, and other major companies. My job requires me to be fast paced and very organized. Contact clients to get the signed contracts back and bill according to the contracts. Finalizing invoices and compiling backup documentation to prepare for mailing. Reviewing, editing, and effectively resolving technical project accounting issues. I respond to inquiries or questions regarding project billing, other duties and projects as assigned, and scanning of contracts and receipts as well as invoices for future reference as well as help with collecting on accounts. I assist with B&O taxes. Responsible for keeping current W-9's for clients and making sure we have current insurance certificates on file for vendors. Assists with collections and A/R & A/P, bank deposits, enter timesheets for project managers, and filing. Process checks for permits fee requests. I am also responsible for 75% of the ordering of the supplies for the company.
