I have 8 years experience as a Configuration Management Project Support and overall Administrative Support and
Configuration Management Lead experience of 6 years. Diplomatic and tactful with professionals and non

2. Responsibilities are to work closely with the Chief Engineer, Director, and other management to get
specific tasks assigned and completed in the allowable time given. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for all levels
of management and staff.

3. Accepted a lead position for CM Flight Support and responsible for 6 8 employees that reported directly to
me. As a CM Flight Support lead my responsibility were to make sure all daily tasks were completed on time,
answered questions for any task that need to be clarified more, report any issues to management, conduct weekly /
monthly meetings, and attended tag up meeting, manager meetings. All work was to be routed through me and the
distributed down to the employees.
4. CM support for facilities, projects and management. My support involves reviewing Drawings, TPS’s,
DR’s, and maintaining Signature Authority List, Facility Hazard Analysis Matrix, SharePoint’s, Uploading
documents into a Document and Data Management System, ETC. I also help with the open paper matrixes when
needed, locating open and closed paper for quick turn a rounds when needed. Work with multiple share point sites to
keep everyone on schedule.
5. CM Support for reviewing VWAR (Virtual Work Authorization Request) Routers.
6. Currently responsible for maintaining a Signature Authority List (SAL) matrix for 153 projects.
7. Review of Purchase Orders (PO) for traceability and Certification of Conformance (C of C).
My responsibilities are to build ADAB for ADP’s, update status matrixes, delegate ADP requests,
Support CCB’s as an Executive Administrator, Setup and control SharePoint’s, uploading into databases.
ADP/CDP Coordinator for the Certification and Compliance Group which consisted of 12
employees, The tasks included getting ESCG numbers and revisions, updating status matrix, altiris tickets, verifying
wether the ADP request is a new ADP or and update, and deligating the ADP request to the apporperiate personnel
to build. I also work with Data Management to resolve any APD issues before uploading any ADPs into DDMS.
The POC in Bldg.10 for VWARs requested by the ADP Group. I ensure that all of the right
information is gathered for each VWAR requested before it is closed and placed into QARC.
CM support and ESCG CM POC for CPAS, LIDS to establish and maintain the proper controls of
ALL Configuration Management Data Functions. Document and Data Management System (DDMS 400) database
functions. Responsible for maintaining and updating SharePoint Collaboration Sites.
Technicial Support for test Operations and robotics
Trained in Robotic Operations and Demonstrations. Mechanical Support for Robotics Buildup; crimping
and wire wraps, cable and harness wiring, soldering, duty stations, light and heavy machinery, lathe, 3 axis
mill operations, sheet metal work, Lab(s) Maintenance. Assist Engineers in drawings, decisions, etc.
NASA ISO 9000 auditor which audited the ISO 9000 documentation for a specific area to verify that their
documents corresponded to the ISO guidelines.
