• Assist in preparation and managing of progress payment, change orders and RFIs. Cost estimation of
industrial projects.
• Responsible for attending site walk through, scope and kick-off meetings. Job follow up, negotiation
and job closing with subcontractors. Prepare and review contract document, in addition to
coordinate, review and processing of project submittals.
• Accurately forecast the cost of the project using all the information from contract documents and
reference drawings. Preparation of detailed scope of work for each trade.
• Manage the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget. In
addition to tracking and maintaining production reports.
• During the year 2010, I bid 18 projects and the total bid amount was $3.2M. I was awarded 3
projects worth $507,000 in total. The Rehabilitation of Five Substations Enclosures and the
Brooklyn Arena and Atlantic Yard Station, for both this project the owner is the NYCTA. The other
project was the Bowery Bay & Tallman Island - Interim Transshipment Facility for the NYCDEP.
• One of my most productive years thus far, I considered would be 2011. In which I bid 10 projects
worth $7.4M and was awarded 3 projects worth $5.6M in total. The Number 7 Line Finishes and
Systems (NYCTA), Plaza Substations and Queen Structures, part of the East Side Access expansion
(LIRR) and the National September 11 Memorial and Museum (Port Authority of NY & NJ).
• As far as of the year in progress I have bid about 8 projects and have been awarded 3 projects worth
$9.2M. The Mother Clara Hale Bus Depot (a Design/Build project for the NYCTA), 63rd and
Lexington Ave. Station Rehabilitation (NYCTA) and the Bush Terminal and Piers Open Space
(Department of Parks and Recreation).
