*Received parts from different vendors.

-check if the po,part number and receiver number was correct and update in SRM.

-assigned parts to designated techs.

-update the status for each SRO by putting the correct informations ( plu,po,receiver

number,part number,invoice number,etc.)

-close paper works and file them according to vendor and store number.

*Ship cores to each vendor if needed,

*Call vendors to follow up orders and eta's.

Guest Service /Night Auditor

*Check in and check out hotel guests in a confident,professional and friendly manner.

*Print manual reports and contingency for each shifts.

*Review arrivals,noting special requests,blocking rooms.

*Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeable.

*Make and cancel reservations as requested.

*Follow up special request from different departments.

*Run the audit report,make daily reports,balancing sales and input and submit to corporate

office.

*Do the bucket check – make sure each rooms has their own registration card signed,credit

cards imprints and room rate.

*Print registration cards for the next day arrival and file them accordingly.

*Print express checkouts and out them in an envelopes with the room number and send them

to the designated rooms.

*Stock supplies for the Market.

*Complete all items on appropriate checklist by the end of shift.
