customers. Generally, failure of conventional set-up retail store is due to
lack of Customer retention rate, so majority focus is diverted to this
section indirectly proposing that sustained retention rate will definitely
increase profitability to larger scope. Instead of attracting huge crowd,
maintaining limited mob with high potentiality will increase firm's ability
to compete and churn profits to stake holders
