The project was undertaken at BOSCH ltd, Bangalore. The aim of the project is to

perform“Analysis and recommendations to eliminate the cra ck issue in AA5052 sheet

metal formed part of ECU”.Material analysis, simulation analysis and Friction analysis was

carried out and its recommendations were validated

AutoCAD, CATIA, CES, Six sigma suite, LS DYNA, MS Office.
