crew and drive out to the city of Santee to perform all Landscape maintenance needs mow, edged and
blew down parks, trimmed hedges, sprayed weeds, keep record of weekly duties to give to city officials
and pick up trash had 8 man crew.

Started as a driver then was promoted to mow crew foreman/driver then was promoted to supervisor
assistant in less than a year . I was responsible for walking with costumers taking notes and following
through with foremans to make sure the tasks were done,all extras and irrigation billings. meeting once a
week with presidents and ceos to discuss profits and losses and ways to have a more successful quarter.

I currently hold CLT PLANET certificate, Reclaimed Water Supervisor certificate, CPR card, speak and
write fluent Spanish, I have computer skills can use or create extra billing templates, time cards, can
manage accounts per actual labor hours or $ per bid spreadsheet, can help with the bidding process for
new jobs, can identify many of the plants used in this region, can troubleshoot and fix any irrigation
issues, create maps for irrigation zones, can create an et irrigation schedule based on location, plant
and soil type, can create any big or small plant enhancement proposal and make sure its installed
correctly I can drive heavy machinery such as skip loaders, trenchers, stump grinders and cats. I can
manage an agronomic program and safety program. I can manage or help manage up to 100k portfolio.
