Responsibilities as follow:
To oversee the entire molding operation of the Spomatic unit and related areas.
Expedite any maintenance issues to proper personnel in a timely manner keep down time to a
minimum. Work schedule was normally (12) hour days 5 to 6 days a week.
Scheduled daily production runs for customers for both shifts in conjunction with their daily
requirements for (2) plus years until a full time scheduler was hired in.
Manage and select tasks performed by Union personnel. Monitor sand properties and make
changes, to insure optimum molding qualities. Give 100% plus to achieve target quotas.
Monitor, control and correct any scrap or defect issues for optimum throughput. Keep safety, job
training, QS9001 and ISO 14001 documents current for employees.
Communicate daily operations to management any issues, ideas or concerns to better enhance
over all performance.
