Programming on various phone and voice mail systems (Avaya, Siemens,

Intertel, Octel, Phonemail, ACD queues, CMS, Modular Messaging).

Computer experienced (Windows 95 and above, Word, Excel, Outlook, Open

Office, Access, internet, etc.).
