Safety Engineer with oversight over an unprecedented project. The complexity of the scope of project &
and the safety risk associated with the decommissioning, destruction and waste removal of hazardous
chemical, and biological agents for over 100 structures covering more than 2.5 million square feet
including cleanup of over 50 contaminated areas covering over 5 million acres had never been attempted
before. Managed EHS for plutonium power plant decommissioning and fossil fuel plant construction.
Liaison with DOE 851, the EPA and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control
specifically in the areas of nuclear, chemical and biological safety engineering. Developed technical and
programmatic procedures and implemented with attention to the site specific health and safety plans per
