Responsible for the reconciliation of all Quality and Warranty
issues with customers and suppliers.
Qualify all engineering and Metallurgical change between ITR and
our suppliers.
Purchasing of all Paver Parts (approximately 2200 part numbers)
Manage all Logistics for the Paver Parts Division.
2/2010 to Present - Track Solutions - Tier One supplier to
JohnDeere Tractor Dubuque, Iowa.
Position - Quality / Warranty / Logistics Manager.
Responsible for the reconciliation of all Quality, Engineering,
Metallurgical and logistical issues.
Oversee a 2.5 Million dollar parts inventory at a third party
logistic company.
Overall responsibility for JIT inventory supplied to JohnDeers
assembly line.
10/08 to 2/2010 - Track Solutions, - U.S. Marking arm of USCO - A Major
World Wide supplier of Heavy Equipment, Undercarriage, Gear Boxes,
Transmission and Engine parts.
Position: Project Manager -Independent Contract Consultant
Specializing in Quality Systems (ISO-9001 and TS16949), Operational,
Quality and Metallurgical Procedures and Process controls working with (3)
manufacturing facilities in China and Korea developing undercarriage parts
for John Deere U.S.A. This project also included the development of
undercarriage parts for several other United States OEM's.
Developed all control plans, PFME's and process flow for all (3)
companies.
Developed procedures, process controls and work instruction to meet U.S.
OEM and ISO/TS standards.
Where needed revised processes to improve quality, metallurgy,
manufacturing and heat treat profiles to JohnDeere and U.S. OEM
specifications.
Recertified all suppliers to U.S. ISO/TS and JohnDeere OEM standards. This
required extensive work with the various suppliers for all (3) companies.
(Forge Shops, Foundries, Steel Mills, Floating seal manufacturers, Heat
Treat companies and Machining companies)
Achieved JohnDeere JDS-G223 certification at all (3) plants December 2009.
Completed project Goals with PPAP approval by JohnDeere of all (3)
manufacturing facilities in January 2010.
As of April 1, 2010 JohnDeere is exclusively using TSI Rollers, Idlers,
Sprockets and Track Groups on all JD450/550 and JD650's tractors produced
at the JohnDeere assembly plant in Dubuque, Iowa. TSI is also supplying
OEM service parts to all JohnDeere dealers.
3/08 to 10/08 - Progressive Finishes, Inc. Alabaster, AL. E-Coating and
Powder coating of automotive parts.

Gadsden plant.
Direct management of (7) quality engineers, (2) quality supervisors and 32

Liaison between Delphi manufacturing and the Mercedes assembly plant
