- Structural Supervisor, and Project Controls - Planning, Scheduling,

Quantity Surveying, and Estimating using combine experiences gained from

previous projects such as progress evaluation, invoice processing, material

take-offs for Electrical and instrumentation, Piping System, Mechanical

Equipment, HVAC, and Civil/Structural/Architectural. More so, the

application of Unit Rates to Re-measurable Contracts, progress updating in

October 2011 -Present (1 year 2 months)

1.Consolidate report of EPC contractor daily, weekly and monthly. 2.Review

and verification of Physical Construction Progress at site. 3.Review and

evaluation of monthly submittal of P6 schedule. 4.Provide the PMT/PMC

management an extracted schedule from P6 to PDF per construction areas.

5.Verifying actual quantity base reporting submitted by EPC contractor.

6.Establishing production outputs pricing the crew against contract rates

1. Developing a Method Statement. 2.Establishing production output pricing

the crew against contract rates and discussing same with contractor to

establish New Unit Rates -Subject to Client approval. 3.Reviewing and

Evaluating Variation Orders submitted by contractors. Capable of rating

new items (labor, Equipment & Material) using different estimating

references such as RSmeans, Richardson, NECA and various references as per

actual experiences in previous projects. Negotiating and agreeing final
