employees, specializing in C&I, CRE and Mortgage loans.
Direct and Current Responsibilities
. Loan Review (2006-2010): Review policy-driven scope of bank's loan
portfolio for compliance with regulatory directives, policy standards
and appropriate risk rating. Document findings and work with account
officers for resolutions. Direct preparation of monthly Classified
Asset Report from core system data and ensure accuracy.
. Special Assets (2006-2010): Lead discussions; formulate plans and
procedures for implementing strategies for the best approach and
methods to handle criticized assets (Substandard and non-performing).
The objective of the meetings is to strengthen the bank's overall
position and minimize loss of capital.
. OREO Manager (2003-2010): Direct and manage Other Real Estate Owned
(OREO) once legal action has commenced or property has transferred to
banks ownership. Work with Attorneys, Contractors, Realtors and
Venders to liquidate assets with no additional or minimal loss to the
bank. Handled and liquidated in excess of 50 properties in late 2008
and 2009 valued at $4.5MM in six states.
. Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses (ALLL (2003-2010): Develop ALLL
methodology and analysis to comply with Accounting and Regulatory
Guidance. Established measurement systems based on Historical and
Peer Factors. Ensure the ALLL and classified loans comply with FASB
114 and FASB 5. Make recommendations for allowance provisions to
Credit Committee and Board of Directors. Methodology and analysis has
under gone several OCC and SEC Compliant Audits.
. Credit Committee Member (2003-2010): Member of the Senior Credit
Committee, which sets credit policies and approves credits within the
standards of the approved policy.
. OCC Examinations and SEC Compliant Audit (2003-2010): Work with OCC
Examiners and Auditors while on and off site for various examinations
and audits. Prepare, compile and review information and files for
Annual Regulatory Examinations. Respond to inquiries from Examiners
and Auditors for additional material, information and questions on
loans, OREO and Criticized Assets during Exams and Audits.
. Credit Administration (2003-2010): Complete and review various loan
reports for the Board of Directors and Management. Develop and
implement a Concentration of Credit tracking report for the entire
loan portfolio including CRE (Commercial Real Estate) purposes. Work
with associates to develop various procedures and policies for credit
and loan operations area; specifically a Commercial Real Estate
Appraisal process to comply with a Regulatory Directive and Guidance
for the ordering and reviewing of commercial real estate appraisals.
Other Experiences and Directives
. Formal Agreement (2003-2005): Equity Bank was under an 11-article
Formal Agreement from the OCC prior to 2003 related to prior ownership
and management. Developed and implemented various credit systems,
procedures and processes to help lift the Formal Agreement within two
exam cycles (24 months).
. Due Diligence (2004-2009): Serve as Credit Leader and team member for
Equity Bank during due diligence process on four different potential
or actual acquisitions ($45MM, $75MM, $65MM, and $675 MM). Structured
scope of assets to review, determine potential losses on acquired
assets, and ensured acquisition accounting complied with FASB 114 &
SOP 03-03 on purchased loans.

of bank products and services. Work with Commercial, Agricultural and
Consumer customers to establish and negotiate terms and conditions for
specific credit needs. Formulate projections with customers for
Annual Operating Lines of Credit. Measure and monitor financial
information to ensure compliance with loan agreements. Specializing in
Agriculture Lending (crop, livestock and feed yard financing). Work
