As a member of the senior management team, participated in strategic and
operational governance processes and developed an IT strategic plan. Led IT
planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing
initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of
current and new systems. Established departmental goals, budgets,
objectives and operating procedures. Identified opportunities for
appropriate and cost-effective investment in IT systems and resources,
including staffing and procurement. Evaluated and communicated risk
associated with the IT systems, recommending and implementing appropriate
internal controls as needed. Managed projects to implement numerous
technology improvements, including a wide area network based on MPLS,

the RiskWatch assessment software, completed assessments to evaluate client
financial institution's compliance with FFIEC IT examination and GLBA
requirements.

Senior Vice President, Manager of Information Assurance, October 2002 to
October 2006.
Participated as a member of the senior management team in processes
governing the bank's information security strategy. Developed and
communicated security strategy and plans to executive team, staff, partners
and customers. Developed and monitored enforcement of policies, procedures
and associated plans for system security administration and user access
based on best practices. Developed and managed the bank's information
security program and GLBA compliance activities. Worked closely with IT
department on corporate technology acquisition to fully secure information
processing systems, serving as security administrator for the AS/400.
Managed the administration of all computer security systems and their
corresponding software, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems,
encryption and anti-virus software. Developed and controlled the
information security annual operating and capital budgets. Recommended and
implemented changes in security policies and practices in accordance with

client/server applications. Planned and installed network server resources,
including implementation of client/server database management system.
Planned and managed installation of branch delivery network of 42 locations
including routers, servers and intelligent hubs. Developed and tested
configurations for routers, servers and client PCs. Implemented SNMP
network management system. Designed and coordinated installation of campus-
wide wiring plant, including fiber optic backbone. Implemented host
connections using both LAN and remote SDLC connections. Researched and
