- Gathered all business requirements from FI-CO perspective and

communicated with different levels of Business Users and helped them

to reach intelligent decisions. Worked with IBM team to complete Blue

print, realization and testing.

- Configuration of New G/L for the new Leasing Company Code. Completed

configuration of FI-CAX related to CRM interface. Completed full

configuration of Lease Accounting Engine, including change processes

and related Fixed Assets configuration and testing.

- Created relevant Cost Centers, Profit Centers and CO-PA

MMSI is a service company providing software and other services to mining

industry in many countries. Completed configuration of FI, CO and PP and

created Report Writer Reports and created specifications for ABAP reports

to show by region the Revenue, Cost of Sales, Fixed Expenses and Net

Margin.

Client: Avocent Inc. Huntsville AL / Shannon Ireland - May 04 to March 06.

Payment Card Project - Cyber Source - Jan 06 to Mar 06.

Lead team member of sales through payment card / credit card implementation

project. Configuration of Payment Card both in ECC and CRM.

Production Support FI/CO - Jan 05 to Dec 05.

Configuration of ACH Bank Transfer for South Trust Bank and Bank of Ireland

using DME engine. Specification for European VAT3 Return and Inter

Community Sales Report Configuration of Profit center accounting and COPA

for new software sales. FI-AA configuration for Installed Base (MM sub

module) relating to Software sales, extended warranties and depreciation.

Account assignment configuration from SD to FI for the above project. Used

FASB 52 for foreign currency translations /valuations.

New SAP implementation: Huntsville, AL, US and in Shannon, Ireland.

Analysis: Gathered business requirements and GAP analysis.

FI: Baseline and final configuration of General Ledger with interface to SD

and MM, data transfer from Banks and closing operations. AR Configuration

including Lock Box. AP Configuration including payment program, check

register and interface to GR/IR.

GAP resolution: Identification of correct user exits and clear functional

Email enhancement using SAP Connect for Sales Orders, SD Billing Doc and

CAPS Payment Document. Created Generic data extracts in R/3 for Data source

to BW using Function Module and Info Set.

Specifications for custom report for Ship not Billed (SD/FI), Debtors Aging

Report (FI), G/L Distribution Report (AP), and Income Statement by Region

(SD/AR) and VAT Returns report for Europe. Created test scripts for Unit,

Client: Ashland Oil - Valvoline Division - Lexington KY

Project: Upgrade Project to SAP Enterprise - (Oct 03 to May 04)

Upgrade to Enterprise from ver4.6B. Checked all existing FICO

functionalities and identified new useful functionalities in SAP

Enterprise.

Checked for appropriate User Exits to fill full new improvements and

created clear functional specifications for developers. Run test scripts in

FI/CO, SD, MM and WM.

Project: Envision B2B and Production Support - (Sept 02 to Oct 03)

Post Go Live production support for FICO module using configuration changes

and enhancements. Amended standard SAP Functionality in SD, MM and FI to

supply data to Vertical Net (a Web based Sales Order Processing development

in Java) using user exit and custom development. Good knowledge of JCO Java

Connector through BAPI to get data from SAP.

Project: Foresight - Aug 00 to Aug 01 - New Implementation 4.6B

FI: Configuration of AP and AR including Payment Program, Check print,

GR/IR reconciliation and Lock Box Processing. Configuration of General

Ledger with interface to SD and MM,

CO: Creation of primary and secondary cost elements, configuration of Cost
