Position: V.P. of Sales

Responsibilities: Lead a team of inside and outside sales representatives

prospects and customers with in the MSCCM portfolio and strategize on

selling to them and growing them. Hold own book of business and grow to 1

Responsibilities: Manage 6 relationship managers, 1 new accounts rep. and

an office administrator to a book of over 26 Million in states of Colorado,

New Mexico, Utah, Montana, Wyoming and Idaho. Responsible for training,

forecasts and SFDC updates weekly.

2007

Position: Director of Sales

Responsibilities: Selling syndicated market research and customer

experience data to the wireless and restaurant industries and large

retailers for a new startup company. Properly qualify and rank prospects,

and move "best few" through a complex, multi-staged selling process.

Accomplishments: In just 3 months have closed the first 4 sales for this

new company. This process typically takes 6 to 12 months. Developed an

inside sales staff and acquired partners to help close sales. Helped mold

the sales process and product so it was ready to sell.

Nova/US Bank Merchant Services Broomfield, CO 2003-2006

Position: Director of Sales

Responsibilities: Responsible for rebuilding and molding a successful

sales team for Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and

Nebraska. Manage 8 account executives and 3 corporate executives. Build

relationships with bank partners. Train, manage and motivate sales staff

through weekly conference calls and quarterly meetings to achieve and

exceed goals. Provide forecasting reports and monthly sales quota

information.

Accomplishments: Exceeded yearly sales goals and was in the top 5% of

managers nationally. Improved existing team performance from 60% to 110%

profit. Consistently #1 in profit margin. Coached and motivated team to

First Data Corporation Roseville, CA 1999-2003

Position: Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities: Manage and build a successful sales team in Northern

California. Manage a team of 2 Territory Managers, 14 Sales Reps and 1

Administrative Assistant. Hire, motivate and train sales reps to become

successful in the merchant card industry. Assist in building relationships

with bank partners. Provide sales forecasting and quota reports to

management on a monthly basis.

Accomplishments: Increased monthly volume by 50% and average account size

by 200%. Increased team from 10 to 16 reps. Helped to build one of the

strongest bank relationships in N. California between Wells Fargo and First

Data Corp.

Position: Corporate Sales Trainer

Responsibilities: Teach and train sales process to new hires at corporate

facility throughout the year. Travel with account executives, motivating,

training and helping them achieve their goals.

Accomplishments: Become a lead trainer within 6 months. Helped structure

and build new Sovereign alliance.

Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities: Sell to and set up merchants for credit card, debit and

check processing. Cold call on 30+ customers per day. Develop pipelines

of new accounts through cold calls, VARS and bank partners.

Accomplishments: Top sales award for 2000 in account and equipment sales.
