36 million. Within India Saint-Gobain is represented through 8

companies across 3 sectors. I represent the Indian delegation for HR

activities across these companies in India.

Key responsibilities

. Responsible for driving the Learning and Development vertical for one

Group Company in India.

. To conduct yearly needs assessment with Business Partner HR to

identify/prioritize core competency training needs.

. Identify, evaluate and negotiate with potential external vendors to

deliver training in line with the training plan.

. Overseeing all training programs through all phases of development,

delivery, and evaluation.

. Responsible for driving Global learning initiatives across 8 companies

within India. We partner with few top institutions and faculties in

India to design these programs.

. Responsible for driving elearning initiatives for the group in India.

I have designed, created and rolled out elearning modules across the

group.

. Designed and implemented an online performance management system for

India. The system design was based on inputs from the manual system

and the global framework for managing performance.

. Responsible for campus relationships and recruitment for the group in

India.

. Responsible for on boarding, induction and career management of

trainees hired from campuses.

. Responsible for carrying out employee engagement surveys for the Group

in India. I am involved right from questionnaire formation to analysis

and employee communication for the survey.
