goods stores in both Optissimo, Randazzo and Ottica

Following the acquisition of the Optissimo stores by

the Randazzo Group, I have been put in charge of the

above duties also for the 27 Randazzo shops and since

October 2006 also the Ottica Romani shops, thus

reaching the current total of 104 stores under my

supervision.

I have been/am in charge of

- ensuring the quality and quanty of stocks in all

stores;

- defining stocks on the basis of the location and

commercial policy of each store;

- managing and monitoring budget acquisition;

- verifying product rotation and managing the stocks;

- managing and monitoring the performance indicators

of each store;

- purchasing of spectacles, sunglasses and eyewear

accessories;

- selecting purveyors and products for "Private

Labels";

- controlling the value of stocks in each store, as

well as central stocks;

- developing co-marketing activities with optical

goods purveyors;

- PR activities with optical goods purveyors and

their representatives;

- regularly attending the fashion shows at "Milano

Moda Donna" and "Uomo";

- visiting all stores on a regular basis in order to

monitor and verify the effectiveness of implemented

policies.
