Property and casualty insurance provider representing clients across six
western states. Grange generates $135+M in annual sales revenues.
Vice President of Human Resources
Directly responsible for all HR and Administrative Services initiatives
supporting five regional offices and corporate headquarters with more than
350 employees. Serve as HR advisor to the Executive Committee with respect
to strategic business development, organizational infrastructures, employee
relations and risk management issues. Administer a $20M budget for HR Comp
& Benefits, corporate-wide events, training and risk management. Manage all
employee relations, agency action and litigation matters or inquiries
related to: EEO, ERISA, FLMA, FSLA, OSHA, NLRB and other regulatory
statutes. Oversight of all company-owned and leased real estate. Hire,
manage and mentor a team of five HR professionals, with indirect
responsibility for two other employees. Reported directly to the CEO.
. Designed and launched an intensive 26-week wellness program. Secured
Sound Health Solution to provide personal trainers, dieticians, a
managing physician, psychologist and a meditation-yoga instructor,
which returned extraordinary results for the initial 25 program
candidates.
. Designed and implemented a corporate-wide management training program
for all levels of management from the CEO through supervisors.
. Spearheaded the total remodel of three regional offices and the
corporate offices in Seattle. The projects were completed one floor
at a time to minimize disruption of the work-flow and completed the
entire project on-time and within budget.

Equipment design and manufacturer with a product portfolio supporting
aerospace, defense and telecommunications applications. ELDEC is a
subsidiary of Crane Corporation, which currently generates $2.6B in annual

Human Resources Manager
Responsible for all employee relations activities, with respect to hiring,
recruiting, training and development, benefits, safety, security and risk
management. Drove recruiting, on-boarding and relocation activities
supporting over 850 full-time, temporary and contract employees. Introduced
numerous HR programs to ensure corporate policies, procedures and culture
were filtered throughout the organization.
. Significantly revitalized the overall corporate culture, employee
dedication and morale by introducing several employee-oriented
programs.
. Launched an Activities Committee to coordinate quarterly / annual
events; created a departmental family fair to familiarize families,

. Developed a standard method for handling employee complaints which

industrial services company specializing in environmental clean up. Annual
sales revenues today exceed $2B.
Human Resources Manager
Accountable for all HR functions supporting the Treatment, Stabilization,
Disposal and Transportation divisions spread across 15+ facilities
nationwide. Oversaw employee relations initiatives, including union / non-
union grievance filings and mediations, payroll management, benefits
administration, hiring/on-boarding programs, employee development /
training, among other HR duties. Personally handled union contract
initiation for new acquisitions and renewal contract negotiations for
existing facilities.
