directors of a start-up private equity firm.
. Daily activities included scheduling meetings, conference calls,
communicating and corresponding with CEO's and major investment bank
players, managing receptionist, coordinating portfolio board meetings,
advisory board meetings and philanthropic board schedules for the
managing directors, as well as coordinated marketing efforts and
materials and maintained website updates.
. Project manager in the coordination of the firm's relocation to new
office space. The project involved being the liaison between the
management of Svoboda, Collins and the leasing agents, attorneys,
architects, furniture dealer, property manager and the construction
crews. The project also included the coordination of the employees
move, equipment installation, and troubleshooting for a smooth
transition.
