Performed UA Testing of a new sales solution tool to replace existing
multiple tools used in the current system today for the users in the Field.

. Current responsibilities for this contract have been to manage all Sev1
and Sev2 (Critical and High) defects as well as retesting the defect
after fixes.

personnel as well as to management for Leadership calls that occurred
daily.
