Representative Projects:
Mixed Use Projects:
Highwood, Northville Township, Michigan - 400-acre mixed-use redevelopment of a former
state psychiatric hospital site. Project included 400,000 sf shopping center, 160,000 sf medical
office building, 1,000 mixed residential units. Services included preliminary engineering
studies and design for sanitary sewer, storm water management, utilities, road frontage
boulevard improvements, comprehensive preliminary cost estimating, preliminary civil
engineering design, and surveying. Conducted tree survey for 16,000 regulated trees.
Residential Projects:
Island Lakes at Midtown Taylor, Taylor Michigan - 200 lot single family subdivision.
Provided complete services including surveying, engineering, and construction administration
for the development. The development included reconfiguration of a 20 million cubic foot
regional county detention basin, multiple storm water detention basins within the flood plain of
a county drain, and a bridge crossing of the drain to provide primary access to the site. One
million cubic yards of earth balancing resulting in the creation of walkout lots around the entire
perimeter of the site.
Woodside Village, Superior Township, Michigan - 175 lot single family subdivision. The
project included a ground water depression system and incorporation of significant wetland
features and wetland remediation.
Briar Hill, Pittsfield Township, Michigan – 186 lot single family subdivision.
Magnolia Park Condominiums and duplexes, Springfield Township, Michigan – 56
condominium units and 24 duplex units.
Wildwood, Saline Michigan – 278 lot single family subdivision.
Commercial Projects:
Brighton Town Square – City of Brighton, Michigan - 80,000 square foot shopping center
development that included Border’s Books, Michael’s, and Linen’s and Things. Services
included: due diligence activities, surveying, site planning and design, construction plans, and
construction layout
Madison Park Shopping Center, Rochester Hills, Michigan - Shopping center redevelopment
on the site of a former landfill. Services included preliminary engineering studies and concept
design for a multi-floor shopping center and integrated parking structure.
Farmer Jack’s Grocery Store, Various Locations, Michigan - Four grocery stores in various
communities in southeastern Michigan.
CVS Pharmacy, Chelsea, Michigan – 10,000 square foot pharmacy on a 1.5 acre site. Project
included underground detention and water quality treatment.
Pontiac, GMC Truck Dealership, Ypsilanti Township, Michigan – 40,000 square foot
automobile dealership on an 8 acre site.
Industrial Projects:
Saline DPW Facility, Saline, Michigan - Project Manager for a state-of-the-art Department of
Public Works facility. The project consisted of a 40,000 sf service building, offices, out
buildings, material storage bins, and sludge drying bed on an 8-acre site.
Mopar Distribution Center, Huron Township, Michigan - 300,000 square foot
warehouse/distribution center. The project included relocation of a Wayne County drain.
EPA Emissions Testing Center, Traverwood Park, Ann Arbor Michigan – 69,000 square foot
test facility on 5.7 acres.
Institutional Projects:
ITT Technical Institute, Canton Michigan - Project Manager for site planning and civil
engineering for a new educational/training facility in Canton Michigan.
South Lyon High School – South Lyon, Michigan - 300,000 square foot high school on a 100-
acre site in South Lyon, Michigan. Project included widening of frontage roads along with
public water main and sanitary sewer extensions. Managed remediation of arsenic
contaminated soil covering a 7 acre area.
U of M Engineering Programs Building, Ann Arbor Michigan - Significant addition onto an
existing North Campus building.
Saline Community Hospital and Evangelical Home – Saline, Michigan - The project
involved extensive renovation and expansion to the existing hospital and expansion of parking
facilities. The project elements included a campus master plan, a campus traffic circulation
plan, site planning for the improvements, site engineering, utility extensions, design of hospital
and Evangelical Home parking areas, coordination of neighborhood concerns and construction
layout.
