3 million dollar plant budget, relay and transportation costs, outside processing costs, building maintenance
and renovations, and merchandise control. The Arrow Uniform Rental Cleveland facility processes
garments, rugs, shop towels, linen and gloves for all of Arrow’s service centers in the state of Ohio.
• Inventory control - The lowest merchandise cost of all Arrow processing plants.
Quality assurance- Highest quality rated plant by customers and service employees 2004- 2008

Job Duties : Oversee entire production processing area which included over 100 production employees, 5
supervisors, 1 engineer, 6 maintenance men, 4 million dollars in plant expenses, all equipment, all future
projects, building renovations etc. I also analyzed profit and loss statements, projections long and short term
and designed my own computer programs to assist with labor costs and inventory control. As the senior
manager, at times I was also called upon to fill in for upper management: I was authorized to sign company
documents, handle customer inquires, pricing etc. when necessary. The goal of the Aramark plant manager is
to process all materials in the most cost effective manner in the least amount of time at the highest quality
possible. This would include but was not limited to:
Inventory control - Reduced “other “ plant costs to the point that our facility led the company 8 out of 10 years
Quality assurance - Implemented Aramark Uniforms Quality assurance program and made the “Top 5”
list every month until my leaving the company. (Top 5 of a group of 25)
Payroll (Hiring/ Firing /Promotions /Increases) I was able to reduce absenteeism from 12 per day to less
than 6.
