- Maintained batching, casting and stacking production areas verifying

product yield and quality as well as maintaining operating specifications

for those areas.

- Member of the ISO9000 internal audit team and participated in all

audits by outside firm.

- Analyzed and created engineering lots for verification of any process

change/improvement for lowering costs and/or variation of product/process

- Handled the introduction of new products onto the production process

checking for repeatability and quality of the new item

- Improved quality by installing new stacking equipment, training

operators and creating operating instructions.

- Trained engineers from China facility on equipment then assisted in

transferring equipment to the China facility and verifying production
