o Incentive Program Management: Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to

research, plan, manage and execute LagasseSweet's largest customer

Distributor Incentive Program/Trip; Horizons. This program successfully

generates an average of $26million in sales during a 6 month period each

year. Along with various management skills listed above, specific

responsibilities include:

o Annual Internal Sales Meeting Management: Marketing Team and cross-

related activities associated with SOX process-flow & control/risk

booth properties, and onsite events. (Conference attendance ranging from

7,000 - 2,400).

plans for five business segments whose products are disposable medical

resulting in an overall budget spend of up to $500,000 annually.
