Notable Projects

Successfully managed the official ticketing site for the 2008 Beijing

Olympics, which broke all records for Ticketmaster single day sales. The

site was phased over 2.5 years, and required continual client contact and

management. This multi-million dollar effort was the spearhead of

Ticketmaster's venture into the Chinese market.

Developed Market Research sites for globally recognized brands such as Gap,

Banana Republic, Old Navy and Staples. These sites were very data intensive

and required complete project management from requirements, design,

development and QA in an environment with little SDLC experience.

Produced and launched the Disney Dream Profiler as part of the Disney

Dreams initiative. This was a media rich showcase for the creative teams'

talents, and was highly visible component for the Dreams marketing

campaign.

Managed the eFax.com conversion from a proprietary billing system to

Convergys. This multi-year, multi-million dollar effort required extensive

requirements and business analysis.

Involved with the design, launch and support of the UBS VPN. Security is of

the highest concern for a Swiss bank, and this project involved extensive

vetting of systems and procedures.
