Provide quality administrative support to the Director of the school and

Assist with preparation for annual accreditation evaluation visit. Review

and confirm student admission documents meet the Quality Assurance

standards of the Registrar. Administer admissions testing. Plan and

coordinate campus events (i.e. monthly birthday celebrations, employee

recognition luncheons, holiday parties). Process all human resource

information for the campus which includes new hire forms, payroll for non-

exempt employees, exception reports for exempt employees, separation

notices for terminated or resigned employee. Assist employees with

benefits, FMLA, short-term and long-term disability, COBRA, and paid time

off. Staff liaison for corporate office communication; directly relay

pertinent employee information, issues or concerns to Corporate HR

employees and all general filing for the operation of the campus. Process

and maintain files of all accounts payable for the campus, including
