Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process. Placed ads; launched and posted requisitions in applicant
tracking systems (used both PeopleClick and VURV); surveyed career websites; screened resumes; conducted
initial interviews; administered skill testing; made employment recommendations to hiring managers and

posting system which resulted in the successful retention/hiring of over 15 ISP individuals
Re-vamped exit interview process which is still currently utilized
Created and maintained tracking program for non-citizen employees to oversee compliance of their
work visas. Process has kept 25 employees legally eligible to work for the Bank.
1998 developed, coordinated and presented presentation to all technical employment agencies and
universities with IT programs that worked with the Federal Reserve Bank. This presentation was
developed to educate and inform these groups on the hiring practices of the Federal Reserve and
outlined the needs and responsibilities for each of the hiring IT areas
Initiated and participated in IN-ROADS program. This Bank sponsored program consisted of a job
fair and an interview day for high school seniors. Program chose one diversity student to work at the
Federal Reserve Bank as an intern in HR before they began college. Program utilized for 1 year,
however, selected student did return for next 2 summers as an intern in another department.
