My skill set is at the highest level of management. I am fully
comfortable with investor relations and performance objectives. I can
oversee, develop, forecast, strategize and sell complex concepts and have a
complete computer understanding skill set to execute basis these experience
and talents.
As a Chief Executive Officer I have founded, developed and operated
numerous successful businesses over the last twenty five (25) years. I have
an in depth and analytical experienced securities background having worked
on Wall St. (Loeb Rhodes, Drexel Burnham), I was instrumental in the
founding and taking certain industry related companies' public (Enex
Resources 1980, Oil & Gas existing reserves acquisition company & American
National Petroleum Company 1978/79). I personally syndicated & developed
over 800,000sq.ft. of mixed use space in downtown near south Chicago, Il (
Grantland Development Company, Burnham Park Plaza, Chicago, Il, 1986-91).
In the direct capacity as the C.E.O. as well as a management consultant for
contract hire to numerous large real estate companies provided the means to
syndicate both through public & private S.E.C. filings well over 3 billion
of offerings in commercial real estate. In the same capacity as a advisor
or CEO, managed the same results for various Oil & Gas, and Agriculture
considerations across the United States (1983-1992, various companies both
public and privately held but not limited to: Sierra Development, Watson
Development, Stonehenge Capital Corporation, Enex Resources, American
National Petroleum, Granada Corporation Berg Harmon Realty.)
In a more recent capacity as C.E.O, I oversaw the structure, and
delivery of over $5 billion in structured finance of collateral based
mortgages and mortgage REITs that facilitated their market share growth
as well as provided the most innovative benchmark analysis of the secondary
markets (Home Interest Only Strips derivatives)(Helios & Helios Asset
Management 1996-1999 & PinnFund USA 1992-2001, utilizing but not limited to
the Industrial Bank of Japan, G.M.A.C (through Residential Funding
Corporation), Conti Finance Group, Bear Sterns, Merrill Lynch, Morgan
Stanley, Solomon Bros.). In this capacity I also oversaw the management of
our sub prime servicing division and property management division. As such
I believe I am extremely well versed and prepared for today's chaotic
residential (1-4) market.
As a side note during this time frame I opened and developed two
very successful 'A" List restaurants (Moomba's in Los Angeles and New York
City, 1997-2005).
These experiences form the basis of my experience as offered to your
search. But it should also be noted that due to all the interaction I have
had as a principal and as a CEO of said companies I have built up a core
knowledge that allows one to freely move and work within any industry whose
scope is different from what appears to be my own yet whose day to day as
well as long term responsibilities lay with performance to and for the
shareholders of said prospective entities. More to the point given my own
personal experience I have a doctorate in said areas of operations and
compliance when dealing in such issues and considerations on either side of
the table. My management aptitude has been with small management cadres all
the way up to managing an entity with over 1,500 employees in two countries
and 48 states with multiple licensing and legal requirements. As a side
note I speak both French and Spanish passably.
My last venture which was the founding, development and growth of
what at one time was the fourth largest nationwide wholesale mortgage
banking entity and a significant participant in the mortgage banking
origination, funding and servicing and I would rather discuss that in
person or by phone. However it doesn't lessen my knowledge (or hinder my
access to) or capabilities to perform the duties you request in your
search. In fact it enhances them. I am able to travel extensively and can
relocate and have a strong Wall Street background.
