revenue of approximately $32 million by monitoring, measuring and proactively addressing potential concerns which
resulted in the product consistently meeting or exceeding product performances in the manufacturing, fulfillment and
customer environment.
• Project managed an international cross organizational and cross functional team in a matrix environment to create and
implement a worldwide process that integrated Retail Store Solutions products into the IBM Worldwide Warranty
Database saving the company $1.5 million in 2008.
• Lauded by my Management team during a presentation for being “the first person in my Division who had been with
the company the shortest period of time” where I received an Excellence Award for work performed on a new product
ensuring that it met quality standards within an aggressive schedule.

conformance product.
• A member of a diverse Green Belt Six Sigma project team that provided valuable information to the Development
team by utilizing Minitab, CE Diagrams/matrixes, DOE, FMEA to identify jamming frequencies associated with
higher speeds when using different types and lengths of printer paper on a new printer design, resulting in a
potentially savings of $.5 million in warranty cost.

• Created quality plans for new products, weekly Excel charts based on data obtained from inspections in the
